Irish (Éire) Florin Coin Ring
Minted from 1939 to 1943 in 75% silver, The Éire Florin (Irish: Flóirín) replaced the earlier Saorstát Éireann Two Shilling coin
Featuring a Salmon and "2s" on one side, the other side of the coin is adorned with the Irish Harp, the word "éire" (Irish for Ireland), and the year.
The Éire Florin Coin Ring has a bright, polished appearance, with the dark patina embossing the original details of the coin. The head of the Salmon peaks up on the inside of the band and a flip of its tail rounds off the interior of the finished product.Coin rings pictured are from 1939 & 1940 but the year you receive will be random unless you specify in the "notes or instructions" box at checkout. Please note not all years are available, these coins were only minted in 1939, 1940, 1941 & 1942. On request the ring can also be made with the year on the inside and the salmon on the outer band - please specify at checkout.
